Casinonic puts a euro ceiling and a discretionary fee between you and a cashout
The large-print offer is in Canadian dollars. The withdrawal policy is not. Casinonic caps money out at 7,500 EUR a week and 15,000 EUR a month, then gives management discretion to charge both ends of a transaction if your bets since the last deposit fall short of three times that deposit. The fee itself is nowhere public. Before you put money in, read what happens when you want it back.

The policy on one sheet
Start with the limits, then read who controls them
The table beside this paragraph is the cashout policy stripped of sales copy. Every row comes from clause 11 or 12 of the terms, except the no-deposit bonus ceiling, which comes from the bonus terms. The currency matters. Casinonic lets a Canadian register in CAD and sells its welcome package in CA$, but its minimum, periodic limits and dormancy charge are all written in EUR or an equivalent in another currency.
A ceiling is only half the answer. You also need to know when its clock starts, whether management can make an exception, what verification can hold the request, and whether an unquantified fee can be added. On this page those conditions stay attached to the headline figures, where they belong. T&C

Clause 11.9
Two payout clocks, and an exception nobody can price
Clause 11.9 says the weekly limit is 7,500 EUR, or an equivalent in another currency, since the last successful cashout
. It then sets the monthly limit at 15,000 EUR and resets that monthly clock on the first day of each month. The wording expressly attaches the last-successful-cashout phrase to the weekly figure; it gives the monthly figure its own calendar reset. A large balance therefore does not create a right to take the whole amount at once. The published ceilings still apply.
The last sentence is worth reading without the velvet rope around it: Exceptions can be made for the most active and devoted players.
That is permission, not a promise. It publishes no activity threshold, status, application route or decision rule. Management can choose to make an exception, which also means it can choose not to. Do not budget around a higher limit until it is actually granted. T&C
Clause 11.1
The minimum is public; the transaction maximum is behind login
The smallest withdrawal is 20 EUR or equivalent. Clause 11.1 then says the maximum available depends on the payment method and will be displayed when selecting your preferred payment option
. In practical terms, the number that decides whether one request is possible lives inside the cashier. A visitor cannot compare it before opening and funding an account.
Keep that method maximum separate from the weekly and monthly ceilings. One governs a single request. The others govern what may leave across a period. Casinonic publishes the latter two in the terms and withholds the former until the payment-selection screen. No public CAD transaction maximum is available, so we will not invent a conversion or treat the payments-page rate card as the live cashier. T&C

Clauses 9.8 and 11.2
Change your mind after depositing and the fee has no published ceiling
This is the term to understand before the deposit button. Clauses 9.8 and 11.2 state the same rule twice, with trivial changes in wording. If you ask to withdraw while total bets since your last deposit are below three times that deposit, Casinonic may charge transaction-processing fees related to both the deposit and the withdrawal. The decision sits at the sole discretion of casino management. Neither clause gives a percentage, a flat charge, a method schedule or a maximum.
Suppose you deposit, see the cashier or the lobby, and decide you would rather not play. With no bets placed, you are below the three-times line. A request to return the money can therefore trigger a charge for processing the money in and another for processing it out. You cannot calculate either fee from the public terms. The rule does not say the casino must charge; it says the casino may. That uncertainty is precisely the problem, because the person deciding the deduction is also holding the balance.
Do not read this as advice to place unwanted bets. Gambling to avoid an unknown charge can lose more than the charge. Read it as a reason not to use a casino account as a wallet, and not to deposit until you have checked the cashier and decided you actually want to play. T&C

Clauses 11.3 to 11.5, plus 9.9
A payout request starts a verification clock
Clause 11.3 allows identity verification before any payout is processed and lets the casino hold refunds or withdrawals until verification is complete. False or incomplete personal information may bring a denied request and a terminated account. This is not a promise that every request will be checked; it is a gate the operator may close before money moves.
The deadlines then get sharper. Under clause 11.4, if the casino cannot reach you by email or phone within two weeks from the withdrawal request, it may lock the account for incomplete KYC. Under clause 11.5, winnings from bonus play or real-money play may be forfeited if complete KYC information is not provided within forty days from the request. Both are discretionary consequences, but neither is a deadline worth testing.
Clause 9.9 adds a script rule. Identity documents, payment proofs and utility bills must be in Latin or Cyrillic script; if you cannot supply them that way, the casino may require live video showing you presenting the documents. Clauses 12.1 and 12.2, then the bonus terms
Two ceilings can keep shrinking a balance after the play stops
A balance left behind is not neutral. Clause 12.1 gives the account dormant status after six consecutive months without a login and allows a monthly administrative fee of a minimum 25 EUR, or the account-currency equivalent, while the balance remains positive. Clause 12.2 authorises the debit from the beginning of the following month. Deductions stop if you reactivate the account or when its balance reaches zero. The wording says a minimum 25 EUR
, so even this published figure is a floor rather than a guaranteed fixed charge.
Bonus money carries a different ceiling. Anything associated with a no-deposit bonus can pay no more than CA$65 or equivalent. More unusually, the bonus terms say that the maximum-win restriction persists after the wagering requirement has been completed. Clearing the wagering does not remove the cap. This is specific to no-deposit funds; it should not be confused with the 15,000 EUR monthly withdrawal limit that governs the account more broadly.

The Canadian Trustpilot profile for casinonic.com is unclaimed, has no score and contains zero reviews. No complaint database carries a Casinonic case with both an amount and an outcome. There is therefore no direct player evidence from which to publish a typical cashout time, a fastest method or a credible success rate.
That empty record is not permission to borrow one.
