Casinonic can hold your payout, then start two clocks
The awkward part of Casinonic verification is not the passport scan. It is the calendar. Identity checks may come before any payout. If the casino cannot reach you by email or phone within two weeks of a withdrawal request, it may lock the account. If complete KYC is still missing forty days after the request, bonus and real-money winnings may be forfeited. The terms also permit a live video check for documents outside the Latin or Cyrillic alphabets. Know that before a balance depends on being paid.

The payout clock
Two weeks to stay reachable, forty days to finish
Clause 11.3 gives the casino a broad starting point: it may check your identity before processing any payout and hold a refund or withdrawal until the check is complete. That makes KYC a payment condition, not merely an account-setting chore. A withdrawal request can therefore become the moment the operator asks for the complete file.
The next clauses run on different triggers. The two-week provision starts from the withdrawal request and concerns contact: if email and phone attempts do not reach you, the account may be locked for incomplete KYC. The forty-day provision starts from the request for KYC information and concerns completion. Miss it and any winnings, whether from bonuses or real-money play, may be forfeited. A locked login is inconvenient. A forfeiture clause is the part that should decide how quickly you respond. T&C

- 02
Stay reachable Two weeks
From the withdrawal request: failure to reach you by email or phone can lead to the account being locked.
- 03
Complete KYC Forty days
From the KYC request: bonus and real-money winnings may be forfeited if complete information is not provided.

The upload pack
Four categories of proof, one rather small file limit
Clause 8.4 leaves the request open-ended but names the core material: passport details or an identity card, proof of residence and statements verifying the source of funds. Payment ownership matters too. Clause 10.3 says deposits must come from a method registered in your own name, while the video-verification clause names payment proofs among the documents the casino may inspect.
The public FAQ supplies the mechanics. Go to the Documents tab in your profile. Each file must stay within 2 MB and use pdf, gif, jpeg, jpg, bmp, png or tif. It publishes no checklist screen or status labels for the logged-in document area, so keep your own record of what you sent and when. Do not improvise missing details: the safest file is readable, current to your actual details and consistent with the profile you created. FAQ
- Identity: passport details or an identity card
- Residence: proof of your current address
- Funds: statements showing the source of the money

The unusual condition
A different alphabet can turn the check into a live video call
Clause 9.9 accepts verification documents in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabets. If you cannot provide them in either script, it says the casino may require video verification with you presenting the documents. That is more than sending another scan. It makes a live appearance, with the original material in hand, a possible condition of release for your money.
The clause does not explain the platform used, who attends, how an appointment is arranged or how long the process takes. Do not fill those blanks with assumptions. If your documents use another writing system, ask support how the video stage works before depositing, not after a withdrawal has started both deadline clauses. T&C

Where a mismatch lands
Refusal, discrepancies and someone else’s payment method all threaten the balance
Clause 8.5 is blunt. Refuse the requested documents, or submit material that disagrees with the actual information, and the casino reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the funds held there. Clause 10.3 creates a separate trap for third-party payments: the original deposit goes back to the owner of the payment account, while the player’s winnings are confiscated. Your profile, documents and payment rail need the same name and the same story.
Clause 9.2 then lists the operator’s anti-fraud grounds. These are its published triggers, not accusations against you. Read the last one carefully: a player known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence
appears beside collusion, forged documents and payment disputes. The clause permits termination and suspended or cancelled payouts, then says the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions
.
Clause 9.3 is broader still. It allows closure at the casino’s sole discretion, with the remaining balance refunded minus applicable withdrawal fees, without prior notice and without the need to provide any explanation
. That clause does not say the balance is always confiscated, but it does reserve an unexplained exit. Preserve every message and submission because the terms leave little room for reconstructing a decision later. T&C

What the platform reveals
Automated KYC is switched off; that tells you nothing about speed
The platform’s own configuration reports kyc_service.enabled: false. That shows no automated third-party KYC service is wired into this installation. It suggests the document route is handled manually, but it does not prove who reviews a file, how quickly they do it or whether a particular submission will pass. The setting explains architecture, not service.
There is no player record to fill the timing gap. Casinonic’s Canadian Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and empty, so it provides no completed verification story, no delay pattern and no operator reply to compare with the terms. The privacy policy governs how the operator describes its handling of account data, but it does not answer the practical question of payout speed. Another brand’s complaints would not answer it either. Platform config

There is nothing to count. The profile at ca.trustpilot.com/review/casinonic.com exists, is unclaimed, and has never received a review — so this site has no player-reported evidence about payouts, and says so rather than borrowing a sister brand's.
The useful move
Verify before you win, not while the balance is waiting
You cannot rewrite these clauses, but you can avoid handing them easy discrepancies. Ask support whether the verification process can be completed early. Use your own payment method. Enter account details exactly as your documents show them, and prepare readable uploads before requesting money out.
Most of all, keep the mailbox used at registration. The platform treats email as the login key, marks it once_set and does not allow the player to change it. No recovery route is published if access to that mailbox is lost. Since the withdrawal clause relies on email or phone contact, an abandoned inbox can turn a routine request into an account lock while the longer forfeiture clock keeps moving. Platform config
