casinonicasino.ca · reader privacy
A privacy policy for a site that collects almost nothing
This is a static, independent publication. There is no account to open here, no login, no form asking for your details and no advertising machinery following you around the web. The small print still matters: the hosting layer keeps short-lived server logs, and a play button records an unattributed click before sending you to Casinonic.
Scope
This policy covers the review, not the casino
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 Who we are and what this document covers §
casinonicasino.ca is an independent, affiliate-funded publication about Casinonic. We are not Casinonic, Novatrix SRL or the casino account provider. This policy covers your visit to casinonicasino.ca, including pages in English and French and the redirect step that begins on this domain.
It does not cover the casino website after your browser arrives there. Registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, identity checks, support conversations and gameplay happen on the operator's service. The operator's own terms and privacy documents govern those activities. Keeping that boundary clear is more useful than pretending one policy can cover two separate businesses.
The short list
What we do not ask you for
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 No reader database §
This site has no user accounts, member area or login. It has no comment form, contact form, newsletter box or payment facility. You cannot give us a casino username, identity document, bank detail or gambling history through the site because there is nowhere to submit any of them.
We do not run an advertising network, a cross-site tracking pixel or a data broker integration. No analytics identifier is configured at launch. We therefore do not build reader profiles, join your visit to activity on another website, sell an audience list or personalise casino offers from a history of pages you viewed.
- No registration or login on casinonicasino.ca.
- No comments, newsletter subscription or public user content.
- No advertising network, behavioural profile or cross-site pixel.
- No analytics identifier configured at launch.
The unavoidable residue
The host sees a request before it can serve a page
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 Short-lived hosting logs §
A static page does not arrive by magic. When your browser requests it, the hosting layer processes the request and creates ordinary server logs. Those logs exist at the infrastructure level so pages can be delivered, faults diagnosed and abusive traffic handled. They are retained only for a brief operational period and are not copied into a permanent reader database.
We do not use hosting logs to work out who reads a particular review, to target advertising or to assemble a trail of your browsing. A technical request record may still count as personal information in Canada, which is why it belongs in this policy rather than under the rug. You may ask whether we hold a log entry relating to you, although a short retention cycle means it may already have been deleted.
The affiliate hop
What happens when you press a play button
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 A counted click, not a named reader §
A play button first sends your browser through a redirect on casinonicasino.ca and then onward to the operator. That first hop lets us learn that a click occurred and which button or placement produced it. It is how an affiliate-funded publication can distinguish a useful link from decorative furniture.
The click record does not tell us your name, email address, casino account, deposit history or identity. We do not create a reader account or attach the click to a personal profile. Separate, short-lived hosting logs may contain the technical request needed to run the redirect, but we do not combine them into a dossier about you.
Once the operator's page loads, our control ends. Its systems may set cookies and collect information under its privacy policy when you browse, register, chat, deposit or play. If you do not want to cross that boundary, do not press the play button. You can still read every page and every finding on this site without doing so.
Cookies and direct documents
Our host's cookies are not the operator's cookies
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 Cookies on each side of the boundary §
The publication's application code does not set a tracking cookie. The only cookies that may appear while you stay on casinonicasino.ca are technical cookies set by the static hosting layer as it delivers or protects the site. We do not use them for advertising, cross-site tracking or a personalised content profile.
Casinonic's cookie policy is a different document for a different domain. Its rules begin after you leave us and arrive at the operator. The policy links beside this clause go directly to the operator's privacy and cookie documents. They do not pass through our tracked affiliate redirect, so reading the rules is not counted as a play-button click.

Canada
You can ask what we hold
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 PIPEDA and provincial privacy rights §
We handle privacy requests in the Canadian context, including PIPEDA and applicable provincial equivalents. You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it, challenge its accuracy, ask why it was handled and request correction or deletion where the law permits.
In practice, the answer will usually be short because there is no account database, analytics profile or form submission to search. A recent hosting or redirect request may exist for a brief period. Give us enough detail to locate it, but do not send a passport, casino credentials or banking information. We may need a proportionate way to confirm that a request concerns you; we will not ask for more information than the request requires.
Questions about information submitted on casinonic.com must go to the operator. We cannot access, correct or erase a casino account from this publication, and forwarding sensitive documents to us would only create the privacy problem you were trying to solve.
Age and contact
Adults only, with one address for privacy questions
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 Children §
This publication discusses gambling and is not intended for anyone under nineteen. We do not knowingly solicit or collect children's information. The absence of accounts, comments and forms sharply limits that risk, but a parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied information to us may ask us to check and remove anything we can identify.
2 How to contact us §
Email privacy@casinonicasino.ca with a privacy question, access request or complaint. Say which page or redirect you used and roughly when, if that is relevant. Do not include a password, identity document, full payment number or casino account material. Those belong only in the operator's secure channels.
Changes
If the tracking changes, this page changes first
Last updated 1 August 2026
1 How updates are published §
Changes to this policy are published on this page. The current text replaces earlier versions from the time it appears. We will describe a material change plainly rather than hiding it behind a vague line about improved services.
If we later configure analytics, advertising technology or another tool that changes what the site collects, we will update this policy to name the service, explain its purpose, identify the information involved, describe retention and available controls, and state when the change takes effect. Until such an update appears here, no analytics identifier is configured.
